Correction Pattern

 

If point 2 is lower than the point 0 we assume that the point 1-2 is a correction chart pattern, the pattern of this correction has occurred if a point is exceeded by  point 3, we can take advantage of this correction pattern for the entry point: If the point 2 has been established then we can SELL with Target Profit at point 1 and Stop Loss at the point 0.

If point 2 is higher than the point 0 we assume that the point 1-2 is a correction chart pattern, the pattern of this correction has occurred if a point is exceeded by  point 3, we can take advantage of this correction pattern for the entry point: If the point 2 has been established then we can take a position with a BUY at Profit Target and Stop Loss point 1 at the point 0.
